You can check its documentation here https://docs.zeroqode.com/plugins/qr-and-bar-code-reader-plugin where you can also find links to demo app and its editor, so you could check the settings and workflow. In case it still reproduces the issue, please share screenshots of your app, error and workflow, so we could better understand the problem and try help you.
Note: on iPhone devices, this plugin works only in Safari browser!
