What i want to do is stream to a Vimeo live event from a semi-home-built bubble backend.

I’m afraid it is not possible via Agora, sorry. But you can try to use our Plyr that has an option to add the streaming link or Video.js plugin to connect with the Vimeo in order to Stream Live event. Here is a link that might be helpful: https://developer.vimeo.com/api/live/events.

But Plyr is just a player right?
It will not help me send video from browser to an rtmp endpoint?
