Can the Bubble page to pdf converter work as part of a scheduled API ?

I need to generate pdf at night, without any users being logged in.

Unfortunately, it is not possible. Bubble page to PDF plugin can convert page/element to PDF only after the page is loaded. So scheduled workflows are not an option for this plugin. Apologies for the inconvenience.
