I need to generate pdf at night, without any users being logged in.

Potentially it is possible to use scheduled workflows with this plugin. But please note that, unfortunately, the PDF rocket plugin won’t convert to PDF/image the Bubble page URL. This plugin’s libraries are converting the page HTML code into PDF/image and Bubble page HTML is hidden. Apologies for the inconvenience.
