Charged full price black friday, outside card processor, blank template?

Hi

I bought the lifetime course support, it was supposed to be
42% off but was charged $199.00 full price, HELP! I need a
blank template, where can i get it?

No email or phone number for support? Can i use my bank
processor that I’m currently using? I was going to buy a template
but without the promised discount, no way. If i cannot resolve
these issues how do i get a full refund? No company email to
send a refund request to, not good. Any help you can offer
will be greatly appreciated .
