Just by checking the workflow of the playlist image, without changing anything, makes the image unclickable. Only clicking on the title will work.

Thank you for reaching out.
When you click “Start/Edit workflow” on an item that does not have a workflow(action) it creates an empty action in the workflow, please see this screenshot: Screenshot by Lightshot. Therefore when you click on the image, nothing happens. There is also an active workflow on the Group Playlist item, and it becomes inactive if you create another workflow on top of it (you did it with the empty workflow action mentioned before), hence nothing happens on a click.
The suggestion to this problem is to not start/edit workflow on the groups, images that do not have any actions and use the element inspector to check if the group/image has an active workflow.
