The default size of my icon of marker is a little bit big, looks when I display the markers in a cluster, the icon is displayed with its origninal size, is there a way to change the icon size in percentage?

it looks we can use icon size to on an individual markers, but with cluster, we can’t apply the property.

Regarding your question, you’re correct: when you add a list of simple markers, you have the option to set the icon size. However, for cluster marker icons, this option is not available, and on the map, the cluster icons will appear the same size as they are in the database—so it’s important to resize the images beforehand.
This point has been discussed in the past, and it was decided to leave it like that since clusters work a bit differently, and setting an icon size for them can cause further troubles.
