Thank you for your message and your patience. Our team is actively working on this and closely monitoring the Heroku servers. After reviewing the Heroku logs, we confirmed that the server was affected by a broader platform-level issue, rather than a code error. Although their servers have been partially restored, they are still experiencing difficulties processing all the data, which is causing delays and errors.
We are also exploring alternative solutions and plan to transition to more reliable services, potentially adding one or two additional services. However, this research, approval, and integration to all plugins will take time.
