Convert Kit & Bubble io

I am having trouble embedding a Convert Kit Form into bubble.io using the HTML element. I have also tried using the ConvertKit plug-in and got no response on the ConvertKit platform. The API’s match and correct id match.

I am not sure why the HTML element isn’t working properly. I have inserted another HTML code from a different platform and it works just fine. My hunch is that something is wrong with the code from Convert kit.

First of all, can you please specify which exact product you are using? Unfortunately, we don’t have the ConvertKit plug-in in our company’s portfolio.

Also, some screenshots with the current settings will be helpful for our investigation
