Hello @gndario,

Thanks for getting in touch! :raised_hands:

We have tried to reproduce your setup but couldn’t find any similar issues on our side (I’ve tried with more types of images and different sizes). You can check my test page here, and a loom video on how to use it.

Could you kindly provide additional details? Specifically, we would like to know the version of the plugin you are using (for instance, if it’s the latest version - “1.114.0”), the type of device and browser you’re utilizing, as well as the image format on your page. Also, it would be helpful to know if the issue occurs with other images.

Hope this information will prove helpful to you.

Looking forward to hearing back from you!

Best regards,
Stephan

Hi Stephan, thanks for your reply.

I checked the set up that you send me. And compared with mine. The main difference I found is that you pull the image dynamically inside a Repeating Group, and I pull it inside a “group”. both image examples came from a “thing” in the data base (dinamic).

Do you think it could be the issue? I think it is, because I recreated it with a RG, and it worked. My situation is that I’m not using a RG to pull the image from. Because I’m designing a “formal letter” that include a logo who change dinamically, depending on individual user info logo “thing”.

I think your documentation don’t specify exactly this. Could be possible to include it “The Group” disposition?

My pluggin version at the moment I’m writting this is V 1.114.0.
My device is a lap top. The browser is Chrome, And image format is PNG and JPG.

I’ll just attach you the pdf results this time:
Red (from Group)
Yellow (from RG)

Hello @gndario,

Thanks for providing more information.

Based on the information you’ve provided, your setup looks fine to this point. Regarding whether you use a simple group or an RG, it doesn’t make a difference(on the test page I firstly tried with a simple group). You can even select the ID Attribute of the Image element itself or any other element from your app and print it.

But for further investigation, if possible, could you add our Support Team email to the list of collaborators in your application and share the app’s link with us? By doing so, we will be able to examine your settings better to pinpoint the problem.

To add our Support Team as a collaborator, please follow these steps in the Bubble Editor: Settings > Collaboration > Add email support@zeroqode.com.

Also, please share instructions on how to reproduce the issue on our side, the name of the page where the plugin element is located, group and workflow attached to it. If needed, a short description of where to click and user credentials to log in to be able to troubleshoot the reported issue. If possible, please attach a short Loom video (screencast recording providing this guide).

Thank you for your understanding and cooperation.

Looking forward to your reply!

Best regards,
Stephan
