Would it be convenient for you to add our support@zeroqode.com to the Collaborators list of your app in order to investigate the Page to PDF <-> ZQ RTE plugin behavior on the test page? Please indicate the steps to reproduce your case (page, under which user the page should be previewed, what steps to take to trigger the convert to PDF action, etc).
We would gladly help you fix this issue, but we need to investigate it within your app first, due to the fact it does not reproduce on our side.
