'Convert URLs to Files' plugin not working

I’ve been trying to use the Convert URLs to Files plugin but recently am receiving the below error:

https://cors-anywhere.herokuapp.com/https://storage.googleapis.com/pandle-production/invoice_pdf_generators/exports/000/008/224/original/Customer_Invoice_-_2172.pdf?X-OpenDNS-Session=xxxxxxx_GoogleAccessId=xxxxxxx-compute%40developer.gserviceaccount.com&Expires=1631289004&Signature=X86tlX2... 403 (Forbidden, see https://cors-anywhere.herokuapp.com/corsdemo)

This used to work ok for these files but I haven’t used this now in over a year.

Can you please let me know if I am doing anything wrong at all?
