Hello There,

We’ve purchased your EATY (Ubereats) template which is working really good. Now we are planning to convert that website to Native app. So we thought of installing the EATY mobile app that you have uploaded on PlayStore but seems like its working really slowly.

So, If we purchase native app and in case if we do not satisfied with the app performance (Hopefully we will :wink:) what would be the ideal solution we are talking :slight_smile:

Just wondering, is there any promotion / Promo code going on?

At the moment, all our templates are web apps with responsive design. It means, they both work and look nice on desktop and mobile browsers. Eaty template is quite a complex one and for demo purposes, we’ve converted a few of our templates and uploaded them to the store.
As you noted, the app works, but some of its processes and design need to be changed and adapted to the native, for a better user experience.

To speed up the functionality of a native app, it is recommended to follow these key steps from the following link: Bubble tips and tricks for native
You can also check the Innerspace app, which was converted from its template and was designed with native thinking in mind.

Thanks for getting back to us so quickly. So as you have mentioned for better experience we have to change processes and design. So just to make it clear if we purchase whole plan (Convert website to app along with Push notifications and all) you guys will make those changes which will boost the user experience or we will have to do it?

You can add new features to the template as you wish, by yourself, or ask for customization service from Zeroqode at an additional cost. See how we can help with customization.
We’re usually working on projects whose budget starts from 10-12k USD to make sure we can deliver something both, we and our customers can be proud of :slightly_smiling_face:
Please note - solid Bubble skills are needed when customizing by yourself.

So just to be on same page, we are not asking you to add any extra page or functionality. Can you elaborate a bit what you guys provide when you say convert your bubble app to android or ios app?

It should work as other app does in terms of performance and user experience right?

If you take any of our templates and simply convert it with Air Native service, it will still be possible, but this will affect your android and iOS application performance, it is recommended to apply a bit of customization to the template following the guide above.

Unfortunately not, the Air Native service Converts your Bubble app to Android & iOS, without applying any changes or adding new functionality to your app. What you see within a browser as a web app, the same result will be after conversion to Native. Check out more about How it works.
