ConvertToPDFv2.0 not always working

Hello, I am using the ConvertToPDFv2.0 to extract pdfs of my bubble.io app. In some app pages the plugins works properly while in some others the pdf cannot be downloaded.
The pdf is supposed to download when the user clicks a “Download pdf” button. I have configured the plugin in the same way on every page, but in some pages it just doesn’t work. Can someone help deal with this issue?
Below I attach sceenshots of a page that the plugin works and of one that it doesn’t.

I thank you in advance for any suggestions.

Hello, @eleni.mina22
Thanks for reporting your issue and using our plugin.

Unfortunately, we were unable to reproduce your issue on our side.
Given the atypical error and strange behavior of the plugin, we kindly ask you to add our Support Team email to the list of collaborators to your application? This will allow us to check your settings and run some tests to fix the mentioned problem.

To add our Support Team as a collaborator, you need to do the following steps in the Bubble Editor:

Settings > Collaboration > Add email support@zeroqode.com

Note: avoid the warning message regarding the plan, as we are an agency and you can easily add us to your collaborators.

Looking to hear you soon.
Regards,

Hello, I have added you as a collaborator.

Hello,
Thanks for provided access to your application.

We have just checked your application and under the page forsite, we have found the probable cause of incorrect plugin behavior.
We suppose that the issue is related to the “Ignored elements ID” field, and namely in one (or a few) IDs that are not placed on the page. If you remove the content of the “Ignored element IDs” field in the ConverttoPDF action, the issue will disappear and the page converts to PDF successfully.

In case if any of these values could be not found by the plugin on the current page, it simply doesn’t work.
To exclude our assumptions, we recommend you to verify each page and workflow, where you have indicated the “Ignored element IDs”, to make sure the IDs you are indicating are present on the page, so the plugin will proceed with them successfully.

Please let me know if this suggestion was helpful and if you need any assistance from my side.
Best regards,
