Hi! Levon!

I am building an app based on Couponly. I noticed when I was going to add a new brand through the admin login the pop-up was just blank.

I am very new on Bubble so i haven been able to work out the problem.

This issue may appear because the keys of the Giftbit API weren’t changed. You can find a step by step explanation of what you should do in the documentation here

hi, this looks like an awesome template!- I’m looking for a cashback function specifically- I have looked in the demo and the documentation and cant locate the details of how the optional cashback works though- is this documented anywhere? Thanks, Philippa

Thanks for reaching out. In our demo, you can locate the cashback feature here where you can change it if you will:

Go to Admin:

Then switch to Giftcards tab:

And then you can simply edit a giftcard:

You can find more guidance for Giftcards in our docs section here, and perhaps follow our promo video to see how it works.

Hi, This is a great app. I was able to purchase gift cards for myself as a test. but could not update the Cupon dates. It Just puts you back into the safe time. I have attached the screenshot. How can I Update the dates? Thanks.

Please find the reusable element long_offer_box_logo - https://prnt.sc/10z7qol. There you can find this string, responsible for the expiration date. It is unique for each offer. You can edit them manually from the database - https://prnt.sc/10z7t7g
