Yes, sure, you are able to add any other Payment Gateway instead of Stripe. Actually, everything about our templates can be customized - design, workflows, database and all the settings like domain, SEO parameters etc. The difficulty of customization depends on the user’s skills. I can suggest a few educational resources (ours and Bubble’s) if you’d like to explore this way. Here they are:

Once you study those courses and get some Bubble practice - it will be much easier for you to do the customization you want.
If you want to create one site that will be able to switch between different languages then you can use our Google one click translate plugin. This plugin lets you add Google Translate to your page so your users can instantly translate it to any language without external API calls whatsoever.
