Crop Upload Image - Doesn't work in popup

Crop Upload Image doesn’t work in a popup.
We have a repeating group with a list of companies.
A user can click Edit on a particular company and then → Edit logo in a pop-up
It works for the first company, but for any other, the crop element is not displayed, and the browser returns the following error:

To assist you more effectively with the question or issue you’re experiencing with our plugin, please provide us with additional information about your setup and what you’re encountering.

Specifically, we’d appreciate it if you could share:

  • Screenshots and screencasts show how you’ve set up the workflow, the plugin elements configuration, and what you were expecting instead. For recording screencasts, Loom is a great option.
  • Please provide the type of device and operating system version you’re testing on and the version of the plugin you have installed. If error messages appear during screencasts, please make sure your browser console is open and send us a link to your recording.
  • If the plugin has an update available, could you try installing it to see if it fixes the issue? If the problem persists, please send us the more details requested above.

Unfortunately, I’m still facing the same issue with version 1.15.0

To add our Support Team as a collaborator, you can follow these steps in the Bubble Editor:

  1. Go to Settings.
  2. Click on Collaboration.
  • Add support@zeroqode.com as a collaborator in your app.
  • Create a test page for us with the same use case and configuration.
  • Let us know where to find the test page for the search functionality.
  • Provide any specific steps to reproduce the issue, along with details on which devices and browsers you’ve tested on.

It’s still a very similar issue. Can we do a live session? We don’t want to share the unsupervised access.

Unfortunately, we don’t offer live support sessions at the moment. However, we’d still love to assist you in resolving this issue. If you’re not comfortable granting full access, you can set our Support Team email (support@zeroqode.com) as “View Only” in your Bubble app. This allows us to investigate the problem further without making any changes.

Since the issue doesn’t replicate on our side, having access to your setup will help us pinpoint the root cause more effectively. If you choose to proceed, we kindly ask that you:

  1. Create a test page replicating the issue.
