I am having trouble with said plugin.
I works only after reloading the page. On first loading it doesn’t appear. I run a 1 page app.
I have 2 players (desktop and mobile), both have the same issue.

you can reproduce the issue with whatever fake mail by going through the onboarding process.
It seems to happen every time (also on login) the app is loaded on a new browser tab.

To help troubleshoot this, could you please use the inspect tool to verify that the state you are assigning isn’t empty initially? Additionally, have there been any recent updates to your app that might have affected its functionality?
Regarding access to your page, we’ve attempted to view the editor[image] but currently do not have the necessary permissions. Could you please add our Support Team as a collaborator? You can do this in the Bubble Editor under Settings > Collaboration > Add email support@zeroqode.com.

How can the state be empty if a audio (image and title) has been loaded? Or do I miss something?
Does the loading of the Custom audio player depends on the state of an element? I didn’t think so.

If “index’s meditation” wasn’t set correctly neither the image and the title would be parsed. But both are correct. Why is then the plugin not loading as you can see from the thread start?

I’ve reviewed your app and found that the problem with the AudioPlayer not displaying the audio is due to a privacy restriction set in your database. This restriction is blocking access to the “audio_file” as indicated in the inspect element tool.
Could you please double-check the privacy settings for the Audio data type to resolve this issue?
