What is the difference between the Daty Lite and the Daty Template besides the Admin Dashboard in the Daty Template?
I downloaded and tested the Daty Lite template and the Gender buttons don’t work? Is this issue the same on the PAID Template?

The Admin Dashboard page presence is the only difference between this two templates.
Indeed there is a small issue that will be fixed in a short time in the following template update. You can also fix it on your side, by adding data to the Gender data type.
