Debugger Shows AWS PDF link in email body but actual email does not contain it

Hi, I’m using the PDF converter and I’ve read pretty much every topic on attaching a PDF to email in this forum but I am running into a crazy error. When I run the debugger it shows that everything is looking good, and that my AWS link is in the email body and attachment, but when I receive the email the link and attachment are gone. Here’s a video:
