In bubble.io, I am trying to make sure that messages in a group chat show immediately within the relevant repeating group (without the need for scrolling down or refreshing), whilst also allowing for users to scroll up through previous messages without constantly being dragged down to the bottom of the repeating group with new messages.
Is this possible with the “Detect Scroll Position for RG” plugin?

For the use case you’ve described,
allow me to recommend checking the capacities of our other plugin (see the demo for workable example): Reverse Repeating Group Plugin
allowing you to see the last added messages, and scroll up for older ones.
Still, in case you have doubts about this or another plugin usability, before purchasing, you can try the subscription model for the plugin.
