Docusign Extended: having problems with the Create & Send envelope action

Hello everyone, I purchased the plugin and want to implement the Create & Send envelope action in my workflow, but it does not work.
At first I thought I was doing something wrong, but when I went to check the official zeroqode plugin page and tried it I noticed this action doesn’t work here as well.

When I compile all the inputs and click on “Send PDF” the loading spinner just stays there permanently and I never end up receiving the document. Is this a bug that has been reported? Just for clarity, my plugin is updated and I am using the very last version (1.11.0).

Hello, @Manny. Thanks for reaching out.

I have just checked the test page you have sent (docusign_lv, it is our test page indeed) and it seems that it works fine with sending the envelope.

These two pages differ in the ability to sign the PDF without authentication to DocuSign (docusign_lv page). Still, I can indeed see an issue with the plugin work on the official plugin demo page. We will replace these pages to resolve the above-mentioned issue.

Regarding the docusign_lv page - can you please make sure you indicated the correct email address? Receiving an email from DocuSign might take from a few seconds to one minute.

Hi @kate , thanks for your reply! After seeing your video, I tried sending an envelope again from the docusign_lv page. I made sure the email address I put was 100% correct, but I still am not getting the email with the envelope and the loading spinner has been like this for sveral minutes (I also screen-recorder a video, but I don’t see an option to attach one here in the comments).

It’s unfortunate since this plugin supposedly contains all the feature I was looking to implement in my project.

Our developer team has made a few tweaks to the demo page so it should work properly now.
Please check the https://zeroqode-demo-12.bubbleapps.io/docusign page functionality (once the document will be received and signed up, please use the “Check status” button on the demo page).

If any of the abovementioned issues will persist, please let us know in a reply.
