Can you please make sure you have added correctly your ‘server, account ID and envelope ID’ details.

On my plugin I only have the options like this:
It then asked for Json format for the X docusign Authentication. I am wondering why my settings seem to be different to yours?

Can you please make sure you have installed the latest plugin version (1.5.0) on your side and see if the account ID field will be visible. Please check the screenshot for reference:
