I created a form in bubble where the user answers 5 questions with a dropdown for each. choices are a Yes or No option set. My workflow to convert to PDF runs when the user saves the answers. The resulting PDF is recording all Yes’s irrespective of the user’s choices. In my Database, I’m able to correctly record the yes/no value type, but my resulting PDF is incorrect. Please advise why this is happening and how I can remedy the problem. Screenshots below from the pdf and my workflows.

I’m sorry to hear that you’re experiencing issues with the PDF conversion of dropdown. Unfortunately, dropdowns are not handled perfectly by the plugin, as we have previously investigated this issue and have not yet found a solution. We apologize for the inconvenience this has caused.
As a workaround, I recommend hiding the dropdowns and instead using input or text elements to display the chosen values from the dropdowns. This method could provide a more accurate representation in the converted PDF. I hope this helps.
