Dwolla Plugin - does it support me-to-me transactions?

Hi:

I was wondering if the Dwolla Plugin (https://zeroqode.com/plugin/dwolla-achbank-payments-plugin-1568285782768x592616517541273900) supports Dwolla me-to-me transactions (https://developers.dwolla.com/guides/transfer-money-me-to-me#transfer-money-me-to-me)

Me-to-Me transactions allow for customers to transfer money between their own accounts (eg: from checking account to savings account).

I’m reaching out with an update. Sorry for late reply, but this is what we have concluded so far:

From Balance to any Bank - possible.
From Checking account to Savings account - possible.
From Savings account to Checking account - not possible.
From Bank to Balance - not possible.

The me-to-me Dwolla API says that:

The first step is to determine where the funds are being sourced from and where the funds are going to.

  • Source - Your Customer’s Checking Bank Funding Source
  • Destination - Your Customer’s Savings Bank Funding Source

Since you are utilizing a me-to-me funds flow, you will need to know that there are two parts to a transfer,

  • Source funding source to Balance funding source
  • Balance funding source to Destination funding source

So, based on our plugin possibilities, you are able to transfer from a Checking to Savings.
