When a restaurant owner creates a meal, it remains unpublished. There isn’t an option to publish, aside from via the database.
How can restaurant owners publish their meals? The Public flag isn’t clickable and I don’t see a field in the meal to publish?

Thanks for reaching out.
In order to publish new meal as a Restaurant Owner, you need to use this toggle button during creating or editing your meal:
You need to press on Edit button here:
After it, you can publish or unpublish your meal.

Since this button exists in our Demo Template ( group add meal with group meal status), I suppose that during the customization of the template you just removed it.
Here you can see how this group is created on our side:
Probably, you still have this group within your app, however, it could be hidden.
Please check it and in case you removed this button, you can recreate the settings using my screenshots.
