Eaty template Restaurant dashboard issue

Hello,

I have recently purchased Eaty template and found issues, when new restaurant owner account is created.
Any new registered restaurant owner try to login into their restaurant page, they cannot do anything inside the restaurant page, none of the button or functions are working. Even the restaurant owner banner is not visible.

During registration on restaurant request page, I had input all the details, but on the admin dashboard phone number is not showing up.

Also in Data Base > App Data > All restaurants, the phone number is not saved.

The last issue is “default address” (New York Botanical Garden, 2900 Southern Blvd, Bronx, NY 10458, USA) which appears in DataBase and different Searchboxes.

I know that this kind of issues are unexpected, however I know that they have a solution. I found another users with the same issue but I could find a solution.

Thanks so much for your help.

I share the link to debugger video & screenshots

Hello, @Harold
Thanks for reaching out.

Please find below my responses on each of your question:

I’ve created a new restaurant on our Demo Template and approved it by Demo Admin. Please note that all the buttons in the Dashboard became active immediately after Admin’s approving.

The number of the restaurant owner was successfully showed for the Admin during approving. Please note that in the Sign In form for the Restaurant, you indicate the Owner’s number.
In the Restaurant dashboard, you need to set the number for the restaurant.

The default address will be changed immediately after creating the Google Keys, which are used for the maps, addresses and etc. The keys should be placed here ( please consult the documentation for creating the keys):

Please note that not so long ago, the template was upgraded, but it is not updated automatically on the user’s side). For this reason, I would like to advice you to create a new application from this template and try to create a new restaurant for comparing the process.

Please try it and let me know about the result.
Best regards,

Hi @Ecaterina
Thanks so much for your answers
In my last answer, I uploaded a video with Debugger function on it, I don’t how to interpret it, but I realized that in “Go to page restaurant” the conditional “Only when” got blue.

When I did the same with your restaurant@demo.com the conditional “Only when” got red. I think thats the reason why its not showing the info.

Please could you check the video.
I share screenshots of these parts

Thanks again for your help

Hello, @Harold

Can you please let me know if you have at least one order, made by a customer in your application?
This section could be blank for the reason of the absence of the order information.

As we can see from the video, the number of orders is 0.

In case this information was added, but you still don’t see any information on your side, can you please add our Support Team email to the list of collaborators to your application and provide me a link to your application? This will allow us to check your settings and run some tests to fix the mentioned problem.

To add our Support Team as a collaborator, you need to do the following steps in the Bubble Editor:

Settings > Collaboration > Add email support@zeroqode.com

Note: avoid the warning message regarding the plan, as we are an agency and you can easily add us to your collaborators.

Looking to hear you soon.
Regards,
