Eaty template - Restaurant owner account issue

Hello,

We have recently purchased Eaty template and found issues, when new restaurant owner account is created.
Any new registered restaurant owner try to login into their restaurant page, they cannot do anything inside the restaurant page, none of the button or functions are working. Even the restaurant owner banner is not visible.

During registration on restaurant owner page we had input all the details, but on the admin approval page phone and address details are not showing up during approval…

If I try to login with demo account as a restaurant owner, then all the functions are working properly for the exciting restaurants in the given template.

We also tested on demo version and found the similar issues on the demo version provided on zeroqode site.

Please let me know, what we need to do to get this functionality working properly?

We have tested the Demo Page of the Template and all is working properly.
Taking into consideration this fact, can you please provide us more details about your use case?

In order to investigate this issue, can you please provide us the following information:

  • Screenshots/screencast of the reproduced issue;
  • Error screenshots from debugger and browser console;
  • How to reproduce your issue;

As you can see the screen is capture from demo link.
Once I logged in with new restaurant account.

  1. Restaurant image and name disappears.
  2. When am I clicking on each buttons, Alert, Menu, Meals and Setting it does not open. only chat window opens up and I can logout.
  3. same issue we have are facing on our template.

We have investigated the provided video and assume that the issue is related to the process of registration and approval of the restaurant.
Please find below the screencast with the process:

The unique difference could be in the email, which is used for the new restaurant.

In case you are using a nonexistent email, the Admin should approve your request and the restaurant will appear. This method is demonstrated in the video.

If you are willing to use your email, after Admin’s approval you should receive the email, where the valid credentials will be provided. You just use them to enter the application as a new user.

We don’t have issue with registering a nonexistent email and Admin did received the request for approval, once it was approved. Email was received to restaurant owner with password on their email ID.
Restaurant owner is able to login into the restaurant page, but he/she is not able to open any tabs. As you can see from my video.

As I see from above video, new Testing ID was copied from data base and opened the restaurant page. We tried to replicate the same on our end. on my site It dose not show-up with unique id, when tried to copy/paste the owner id. It seems like after approval process is completed, restaurant unique id is not mapped with restaurant owner ID in the data felid! Please check the attached screen shot.

Thanks for the details.

The absence of the ID during creating the new restaurant is possible only in case of creating the Restaurant through the DataBase directly, not from the beginning, as on provided video.

In all other cases, the ID of the owner of the restaurant is displayed.

In order to check this issue, we kindly ask you to record a screencast for us, where you will create a new restaurant from the very beginning ( as we recorded for you earlier). :pray:
It will help us to investigate possible circumstances.
