I have been using the Rich PostMark email plugin since last year and it has never failed me but it stopped working this morning. The emails stopped delivering and I don’t know why… Any help provided will be much appreciated. thank you!

I’m sorry to hear about the issue you’re encountering. To help us better understand and resolve the problem, could you please provide us with a bit more information? Specifically, could you confirm the version of the plugin you are using? Please ensure that it is the latest version, “1.11.0”.
Additionally, could you share screenshots or screencasts of your workflow setup and the issue you are experiencing? Also, please check the ‘Inspect Element’ tool for any errors and include that information if possible. Lastly, could you please recheck your Server key, and if possible, obtain it again to ensure it is correct?
