Also, we’d appreciate screenshots and screencasts of your workflow setup, plugin element, and any other details that might be helpful here.
Please record a video in step-by-step mode with the browser’s console enabled, showing the moment you start the workflow where the action “Load audio” is present, and then please check if the element is getting the mp3 file like on the image below:
These details will help us reproduce your setup on our side and look into it.
