ERROR To login on docusign production

Hello! I have created a system that fills out a form and sends a pdf file with all the information on the form and it works perfectly but in dev, when I upload it to production, part of the process is to log in to Docusign but when I click on the button that It leads to the login action, it keeps taking me to the URL account-d.docusign.com and I need it to take me to account.docusign.com

I have everything done but this error prevents me from being able to deliver the project. Can you help me please?

Thanks for reaching out!

I’m afraid, we are using account-d.docusign.com as the redirect URL and it is not possible to change it at the moment. However, please let me check this with our developer team and I will get back to you with feedback as soon as possible.

And how can I deliver the service to my customer if he can not use the production account? I paid for the plugin thinking that that is not a problem.
Because on dev account the pdf files has a mark that says that those documents are not legals, so I need to use the right URL to use it on production…

We’ve checked the plugin to add the ability to redirect account.docusign.com but unfortunately, it’s not possible to change the URL to redirect and URL token dynamically. Apologies for the inconvenience.

The only possible option is to use API connector at the moment to achieve your goal. Here is an example:

@smartlabd, Please let me suggest you check your keys if they are set up properly. They might be not correct therefore you get an error regarding the authorization. :pray:

In case the issue still persists, please share the details of your setup (plugins tab, and workflow screenshots).

It seems that I cannot access the functions if I log in via API as you have sent it to me, since when using the actions in the workflow I do not receive the account information, for example. What can I do in that case? Because the login is perfect but I don’t have access to the docusign account information with the plugin’s own functions.

In order to speed up the process of investigation and help you, can you please add our Support Team email to the list of collaborators to your application and provide me a link to your application? This will allow us to check your settings and run some tests to fix the mentioned problem.

To add our Support Team as a collaborator, you need to do the following steps in the Bubble Editor:

Settings > Collaboration > Add email support@zeroqode.com

Note: avoid the warning message regarding the plan, as we are an agency and you can easily add us to your collaborators.
