Error with Video Recorder plugin - Urgent

Hi Team,

I’ve been using the Video recorder plugin for a few month now, but today, it’s stopped working and I get this error every time I try and start the camera:

The plugin Video Recorder / action Start Camera a Video Recorder threw the following error: TypeError: Cannot read properties of undefined (reading ‘forEach’)
at eval (PLUGIN_1634736816949x746135944015118300/Video-Recorder-element_action–Video-Recorder-Start-Camera-.js:9:13)

Can you please look into this asap?

Thank you for your message.

I’ve carefully checked the plugin live demo page on desktop and mobile browsers and didn’t get any error messages when Starting the camera.
Would it be convenient for you to provide more details regarding your use case?

Namely, screenshots and screencasts of your workflow setup, plugin element, the issue you see, the expected result, the name of the device, OS version, browser version, etc. For the screencast recording, I can suggest using the Loom tool.

Please record a video in step-by-step mode with the browser’s console enabled, in case there are any error messages there, and share a link with us so we can understand better your use case.

These details will help us reproduce your setup on our side and look into it.
