I click on the link element then this appears. Can someone tell me why this is happening and if there is a way to fix it? Did I do something wrong or forgot to do something?
I tried with different files and elements. Same thing.

Everything seems to be set up correctly. Please, try to check what is saved in the object “file’s URL”. Maybe you by mistake saved there the name of the file instead of the URL.

Please look in the workflow tab for the action that you use for saving the URL. Then once you find the action change the value that you save in File’URL from “file name” to “URL”.
