The instructions on the Facebook Pixel for Retargeting plugin mention “conversion tracking” and also “people who visit specific pages or take specific actions”, However, I don’t see any actions or other methods available to send an event to the facebook pixel. Can you tell me how the specific actions / events can be registered to the pixel plugin?

Since our plugin is a simple pixel code that needs to be configured with respective ID.
The installation of plugin is quite straightforward. Install the plugin and get your pixel ID from dashboard and place it inside the plugin settings.
The rest is configuration on the Facebook side. You can look it up on Facebook: https://www.facebook.com/business/help/314143995668266?id=1205376682832142 .

Thanks Julia. It would be super awesome if you added Facebook’s Standard Events as actions in the plugin. Here’s the list of actions I was hoping to send data to from the plugin:
For now, I will use Facebook’s tool that let’s you select items on the page to mark as standard events.

Unfortunately we wouldn’t be able to prioritize this right now, however since it’s a free plugin, you can fork it and create your own private plugin adding the required events.
