Hello, I just bought the facebook plugin but it does not work and it does not work even on the demo of your site.

At the moment we have 3 different Facebook plugins and it seems they work as they should 
Can you please specify which Facebook plugin are you using and experience issues with?

Hi, the plugin is Facebook Social Plugin. Even in your demo it doesn’t work, you don’t see the buttons or the timeline / feed.

One of the reasons it might not be working for you are:

blocked cookies - please allow cookies, and try clearing cache in the browser.

Adblocker ON - (try turning it off)

Hello, I tried but on safari and firefox it doesn’t work.
On chrome it seems to work.
On iphone with safari it doesn’t work.
On android with firefox and chrome it doesn’t work.

The issue with the Facebook plugin not showing up on Safari has been fixed. Please upgrade to Version: 1.4.0 and check if it works on your end.
