Another one of your plugins I use … 
Feature suggestion: when uploading a file (and the corresponding option with parameters is set), automatically create a thumbnail for the full-sized upload file and return the URL of the thumbnail in a separate state. I want to upload the original file to use in webpages and also a thumbnail to use in a fast-loading lightroom view.
