Hello, I want to know if the twitter plugin can fetch details of a tweet. Example, if i have an input field for that purpose and i feed it with a link to a Twitter post, can the plugin fetch details like number of views, likes, comments and retweets for that specific tweet?

I’m afraid, the current plugin functionality does not allow us to see these details. However, I’ll pass it to the developer team for consideration and they need to investigate how feasible it is to implement the requested feature in the nearest plugin update. Once it happens - I let you know.

I am happy to inform you that we have updated the plugin (version 1.15.0.) and added Favorite and Retweet states that will allow you to show tweet details. Unfortunately, we cannot add the Comments and Views options to this plugin due to limitations.
