I uploaded my video to my aws servers and shared the url for uploading the video through the admin page. It is succesfully uploaded and I can also see it on the app date page of the bubble interface. However, when I try to play it I get the following error: “Oops! The embed code for this video is not valid.”. I think this might be because of the format of my video which is mp4. However, I am not sure if this is the right reason for it since I can’t think of any other reasons for it. Anyone have any suggestion on what might be the issue?

Thanks for reaching out. Could you please share screenshots and/or screencast of your app setups and preview results? Especially how/where you are placing the element and trying to play it, including the source for the embedded code.
