According to the Stripe documentation a variety of things can prompt this error:
Please check the API keys that you are using inside your Bubble app if you have inserted them accordingly.
If you followed the template documentation, you probably saw how to set up the Stripe plugin, basically, you get your API keys from Stripe account dashboard (please note that there are Test Keys for development mode and also Live keys)
For test purposes while setting up the template and your project you can use only Test Mode API keys, test API keys will allow you to make test transactions and see them inside your Stripe dashboard, after that, you can switch the first three fields from the plugin configuration with Live API keys when you will launch your app. Please see the screenshots below for references.
