We are using the Gigster template for our marketplace. We are in the final stages before launching and have started to review the cancellation/refund process. We see the Cancel button on that my_purchases
page. When we click Cancel, the seller does receive an email notifying them of the cancellation request. The email refers to a “dashboard” where the seller will accept the request. The issue is that we cannot find a dashboard page where the seller can accept the cancellation. Can someone let us know where it is?

For the moment, our dev team is holding a template updating process that will affect the “Order Cancellation” functionality. The cancellation functionality, you can observe in the current template version, was set up incorrectly, that’s why it was changed.
In the future template update, the “Order Cancellation” functionality will not be included.

I’m afraid, there will be no “Order Cancellation” functionality in the upcoming update. Also, unfortunately, I can’t give you a clear time frame for how long the template update process will take and when the update is ready. Anyways, when it happens, I let you know asap.
