Google Sheets Service stop work in live version

Hi. The plugin Google Sheets Service stopped work in my app in live version, but continues to work in the trial version. There was no change in the workflow. The issue start this weekend. I reported the problem to Bubble and they said that the problem stay in the plugin.

My app is in production. Please, I request priority in the analysis of this flaw. Thanks.

Since the plugin you are having issues with was created by a third-party developer, they are the best-equipped to resolve this behavior.

I looked up your error code and saw that Google Sheets & Charts (service) threw the following error: “404: File not found”

You can include this error in your report to Zeroqode. We will be available as needed to help Zeroqode with their investigation.

The error means that the file is not found when you used a Delete File action, therefore I would like to kindly ask you to provide the settings of the workflow, particularly the action Google Sheets - Delete File (Drive), both on the live and test versions of the app. It seems like the error might be coming from this particular action.

Also, please let me know when exactly are you getting this error? Please describe your use case in more detail(and provide the steps to reproduce it on our side), this information will help us to investigate your issue further.

Not only delete, but other plugin actions stopped working in the live version and still working in the trial version without any changes having occurred on my part.

To illustrate, I created a simple wordflow. The button is triggered and an API workflow is scheduled. The settings are as follows. It is the same workflow presented in the images reported in the message above.

Although the error points out that the file was not found, the text with the ID is available both in the final version and in the live version. It seems that the plugin is unable to query certain files in the final version.

I performed some procedures under the guidance of Bubble and apparently the problem was solved. Any news I’ll get back to you. Thanks for listening.
