I have purchased ur plugin, can u help me out in setting up as there is no documentation for that.
I want to place tracker element in the driver page and track the drive in customer page map.
Can u help me out in this??
In demo page I saw an html… Why is it used? And where should I placee it?
Also Gps tracking element is not visible in preview page. And coordinates are not getting stored in users database. Kindly hell me out

Currently, the plugin returns the latitude and longitude of the current user that can be used in different cases. On our Demo page, we displayed the current user position on the Google Map, but as per a fact, there can be used any map which is convenient for you. So, to implement your idea, you can save the current user’s position (lat&long) in the database, and then display it on a customer’s page map. In this case, the user will see driver movement on the map.
Additionally, I would suggest checking another plugin - Bubble’s Google Map Extender that has the required functionality. Hope it will fit your needs.
The HTML element is used to display the marker movement smoother on the Live Demo page map. To use it or not - depends on your project requirements.
Would it be convenient for you to share some screenshots and/or screencasts of your setup ? Namely, workflows, plugin settings (for the screencast recording, let me please suggest using the Loom tool). That will allow us to identify a possible issue much faster.

Im also planning to buy google map extender for direction service. But I wanted direction with custom marker, is it possible. If so how?

I’m afraid the current plugin functionality doesn’t support the possibility to use custom markers. Sorry for the inconvenience.
We will check how feasible will be to add this feature to the future plugin update, thanks for suggesting it.
In regard to this particular feature, allow me to suggest checking the MapBox plugin functionality (customizable markers): MapBox Maps | Plugin for Bubble by Zeroqode

We have pushed a plugin update for Bubble’s Google Map Extender, that has added the option of adding custom icons for markers.
To check changes, please upgrade your plugin to the latest version (Version 1.30.0: “Added a new action “Add a list of markers” and a new option to use custom icons for this”) and give it a try.
In a short time, we will also update the demo page. Meanwhile, you can check how it works on the development version of the Demo page:
