Hey guys

The tracking works fine but here’s where I’m stuck. When the user’s screen is off, the tracking stops.
Is there a way to fix this?

Additional Information

  1. Mobile device(Web app)
  2. Tested on google chrome
  3. Stops tracking when the user’s phone screen is off or switch to another app.

Hi @enochlamikanra, thanks for reaching out.

Regretfully, this is the limitation of the Bubble platform in combination with the mobile device capacities, so we can not do much in this regard: once the web browser tab is hidden, or the screen is off - processes/workflows on this tab stops.
