Iam using grift plugin for user chat but when i added script and check in preview mode that icon is not visibile
any idea? where it went wrong?

Iâve checked plugin functionality on our end and it is working properly. Therefore, please make sure the code is copied correctly.
Also, you need to enable âDrift widget icon visibilityâ in your Drift account (settings) to be able to see the icon on your page. Here:

Unfortunately, we do not have an action that will trigger this. However, you could try to use a snippet Controlling the Widget to show/hide the icon.
