"Group to Image" plugin missing numbers in table output

Hello! I’d really appreciate your help. I’m already using your “Bubble to PDF Converter” plugin to turn a table into a PDF and it works great. However, I just subscribed to your “Group to Image” extension to generate the same table as an image, but for some unknown reason it’s omitting a few numbers in the table. Could you help me understand why this might be happening and how I can fix it? Thank you!

Hey @br.felipesantanna,

Thanks for reaching out and for your recent purchase!

It sounds like the issue might be related to how Bubble renders text before the plugin captures it. Here’s what could be happening and how to fix it:

Why this might be happening

  • Bubble to PDF uses a CSS-based approach, so it handles text differently.
  • Group to Image relies on HTML-to-Canvas, which can sometimes miss text, especially with certain fonts or dynamic elements.

What you can try

  1. Add a short delay – Try using a “Pause Before Next Action” (500-1000ms) before generating the image. This ensures everything is fully loaded.
  2. Make sure text is visible – If the missing numbers are inside a repeating group or dynamic container, check that they’re fully loaded when the image is captured.
  3. Test a different font – Some fonts don’t render well with HTML-to-Canvas. Switching to a web-safe font like Arial, Roboto, or Open Sans might help.

Could you also share more details about your setup? Specifically, are the missing numbers dynamically loaded, and are there any specific text settings or conditions applied?

Let me know, happy to help! :sparkles:

I tried several things and it didn’t work. Only later did I realize that the problem only occurred with Input type elements. So I changed them all to Text type and it worked. Thank you very much.
