I’ve received the screenshot you shared via e-mail but unfortunately, it has not been enough to identify any specific issue.
Therefore, can you please add our Support Team email to the list of collaborators to your application and provide me a link to your application? Please also mention on which page and which scenario should be tested. This will allow us to check your settings and run some tests to fix the mentioned problem.
To add our Support Team as a collaborator, you need to do the following steps in the Bubble Editor:
Settings > Collaboration > Add email support@zeroqode.com
Note: avoid the warning message regarding the plan, as we are an agency and you can easily add us to your collaborators.

I double-checked and the problem was that when you create a PDF it saves the URL but cannot find the plan itself. I’ve added a new event and it seems to be working fine now. Please check our test page and give it another try.

I would like to note that this is not about the plugin itself since the URL can be created successfully. It’s possible that the problem is with the action steps so that the “make changes to thing” action is unable to see the plan.

It appears that there is an issue with the creation of two separate installment plans when clicking on the “Добавить рассрочку” button, which causes the contract to be saved to the wrong plan on the dashboard page because in our test page (zq_test) it’s working properly.
In light of this, since the plugin itself is working fine on our test page (zq_test), please take a look at our test page and compare your settings, as it appears that the issue may be related to your setup (new changes you made).
