is it possible to make the URL source for the video completely hidden? i’m able to inspect element on the video and find the URL source which lets me download the video, we need to lock down the videos so people cant do this to download the source

From your message, I assume you are using the Video Player Plugin, the plugin allows you to play most of the video formats on your application by simply uploading static files or using dynamic URL.
In case the source of your video URL is public - it will be visible to anyone, even when inspecting through the console.
Generally, to restrict access to some files or make the source of the files not visible in the console, you have to set a privacy policy rule inside your bucket where you store those videos.
You can also consider other cloud storage solutions where to keep the videos depending on your use case and integrate them with the Bubble app.
