I would like to know if it’s possible to do some trick to highlight selected text and save this highlighted text in the database for later view

Yes, you do have such a possibility, using our Advanced Rich Text Editor .
In order to do so, you need to add a specific event, while building a workflow for this plugin. This event in the workflow is called ‘‘Selection changed’’, the example in the screenshot https://prnt.sc/13h9usj.
With the help of this event, you can set up the chain of actions, which will lead you to save the text you highlighted. Here you can see how https://prnt.sc/13h9xf8. I’ve created a new field called ‘‘highlighted text’’ for your comfort, as you can see from the screenshot.
So, in the end, when you highlight some text https://prnt.sc/13habt4, it will be saved in your database for future reference https://prnt.sc/13hacvi.
Just, please, note, that this action you can apply to the text which is inside of the plugin’s element.
