Hello there!
We have installed the HotJar Analytics & Site Recording on our app and it works fine to record user sessions.
We now would like to use a Hotjar feature that allows adding additional info about the user’s recorded session named “User Attributes”. This forum editor won’t allow me to past the link to Hotjar’s documentation.
We couldn’t find how to add the additional parameters required by Hotjar’s API.
Any tips?

The link I couldn’t post in my message was just the Hotjar article about user attributes.
User Attributes are pieces of information that an webapp developer can set so the HotJar agent sends it along with the session recording and survey submission. Examples are user_id, user_name and any other
Alternatively to the link I’d post here, you could google for “hotjar” “what are user attributes” (keep the quotes) the hotjar doc about User Attributes should show in the first results.
Also, if you google for “hotjar” “how to set up user attributes”, it should show the technical details on the first results.
