The files are being uploaded successfully to the S3 bucket. But I’m unable to retrieve them and display them. Are there any precise steps to do so?

Thanks for your question.
In case you want to retrieve the files in your application and display them, you can use even a simple text element and RG.
You can do it in a more easiest way, just placing the text element and indicating the states you want to retrieve:

Thank you for your quick response. I had made a mistake with the block policy on the AWS side which was causing the issue. It has been sorted now.
